Boerewors, a traditional South African sausage. At Andi, Boerewors is made using a combination of high-quality ground pork and beef. It is then expertly blended with a variety of spices, vinegar and salt, to enhance its flavor. Each Boerewors sausage is carefully crafted into a continuous spiral shape, weighing approximately 250 grams.
