Leberwurst or liverwurst is a liver sausage. At Andi, it is made from pork meat, pork liver, pepper, marjoram, onions, nutmeg,… this is eaten mostly as fillers in sandwiches.
* Note: Unopened in jars cooked Leberwurst can be kept for about 3-6 months. Once opened it must be stored in a cool place and can be kept for about 4-5 days.
